Corporate yoga classes (incompany or online)
30 – 45 – 60 minutes

Yoga classes focusing on breath and movement while flowing into various yoga poses (asanas). Guided meditation (optional).
Suitable for all levels regardless of your physical condition.

Prices
Depending on frequency, number of participants, on location or online.
Prices for groups up to 15 participants incompany:

• euro 225,00 per single yoga class (60 minutes)
• euro 185,00 per weekly yoga class (60 minutes – package of 8 till 10 classes)

Prices online yoga classes (via Zoom) up to 15 participants:

• euro 160,00 per yoga class (60 minutes)
• euro 130,00 per yoga class (30 minutes)

21% VAT, travel costs and parking fee will be added upon above mentioned prices.
Prices for larger groups and/or a different duration of yoga classes upon request.

Gladys Nurmohamed is a certified yoga teacher (RYT200), certified fascia yoga teacher
and certified breathwork & pranayama teacher. She keeps her skills and knowledge
up-to-date by attending webinars, teacher training, workshops and courses including
yin yoga for release and recovery course and 200 hrs yoga self practice training.
