Pilates classes focusing on breathing, good posture and development of core. Special attention for deep abdomen and lower back muscles.
Suitable for all levels and ages regardless of your physical condition.

Prices
Depending on frequency, number of participants, on location or online.
Prices for groups up to 15 participants incompany:

• euro 225,00 per single Pilates class (60 minutes)
• euro 185,00 per weekly Pilates class (60 minutes – package of 8 till 10 classes)

Prices online Pilates classes (via Zoom) up to 15 participants:

• euro 160,00 per Pilates class (60 minutes)
• euro 130,00 per Pilates class (30 minutes)

21% VAT, travel costs and parking fee will be added upon above mentioned prices.
Prices for larger groups and/or a different duration of Pilates classes upon request.
