SLOW YOGA and VINYASA FLOW
The slow yoga class is at a slower pace than a regular yoga class.
The class is suitable as well for those who never practiced yoga.
We work mindfully on breathing and alignment.
We pay special attention to the asana's (yoga postures).

SLOW YOGA weekly class at Chassé Dance Studios in Amsterdam (West)
Wednesday   09.30 - 10.30 hours - Chasséstraat 64

In the Vinyasa Flow class we use our breath to hold the posture and
then transition into the next posture.
We work on focus, concentration and building stamina.

VINYASA FLOW weekly class at You Can Yoga in Amsterdam (South)
Sunday          12.00 - 13.15 hours - Stadionweg 283

PILATES
The Pilates classes are 'all level' classes. You work at your own level.
We work on breathing, posture and development of core strength 
with
 special attention to the deep abdominals and lower back muscles.
